Your body won't wait for you...


I recently heard someone say that they were so busy at work that they did not have time to start an exercise program until January. In case we've forgotten here, it's July. In six months you can say good bye to muscle mass, strength, endurance, overall health and say hello to your new friend, fat. Not much time needs to pass at all before your body takes a downward spiral all because you didn't have time.

Many people continually put off getting into shape, but the problem is your body won't wait for you. Every day you fail to move and sweat is a day the body becomes weaker. If you're not moving forward, your moving backward because the body never remains the same. We are continually shifting from one condition to another as change is occurring at all times whether you like it or not.

So, when you tell yourself you'll wait to start working out when you belong to a nicer gym or until you have some more free time, just remember that your body is not waiting for you. Start today, in fact, start right now. Your body will thank you.
