Free Workshops during August 2008


Throughout August 2008, MBody Strength will be hosting a series of free workshops to introduce people to kettlebell training. Each class will last approximately 45 minutes; participants will learn basic kettlebell exercises such as the Windmill and Turkish Get Up. Each session will also include a brief summary of the history and benefits of kettlebell training as well as an introduction to a proper diet.

The workshops will be located at Hillcrest Park in Fullerton, Bogifit gym in Anaheim, and Heisler Park in Laguna (all located in California). The first session will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Hillcrest Park in Fullerton.
